🌍 Shipping & Availability

  • Digital Blueprints: Available worldwide with instant electronic delivery.

  • Physical Cake Transport Boxes: Available for international shipping.

  • All Other Physical Goods (Toppers, Boards, Prints): Shipped strictly within the European Union (EU).

💻 Digital Blueprints (Cake Transport Box)

  • The Process: Add the digital blueprints to your cart and complete your checkout.

  • Delivery: Within a few seconds after successful payment, an automated email containing your secure download link will be sent directly to your inbox.

📦 Physical Cake Transport Boxes

  • The Process: Select your preferred box configuration directly on the product page.

  • Custom Laser Engraving: If you want to add custom engraving to your physical box, complete your order first. Then, email your design file to us. Important: You must include your Order Number in the Subject line (Betreff) of your email so we can match the file to your order.

🎂 Standard & Personalized Cake Toppers

  • Standard Toppers: These are manufactured exactly as shown in the product photos. Simply select your preferred size variant on the product page.

  • Personalized Toppers: Currently available for custom initials using our standard studio font. Select your size variant and enter the required letters directly into the text field on the product page before adding the item to your cart.

🍽️ Cake Boards

  • The Process: We offer tailored options for different setups. Each individual cake board product card contains its own specific size and dimension options. Choose the dimensions you need directly within the card.

🖨️ Edible Fondant Printing

  • The Process: Use the integrated upload field directly on the product page to submit your image.

  • File Requirement: To ensure optimal results and avoid distortions, please upload your file pre-formatted and ready-to-print in A4 format.
