      1. Shipping of Digital Products (Blueprints)

Delivery Time: Instant upon successful payment.

Shipping Costs: Digital vector files (DXF plans) are delivered worldwide free of charge via electronic delivery (email).

       2. Shipping of Physical Cake Transport Boxes

Our physical transport boxes are shipped worldwide (with specific regional restrictions).

Shipping Costs within Germany (via Hermes):

Box Size 40 × 40 × 60 cm: €10.99

Box Size 50 × 50 × 70 cm: €15.99

(Shipping costs for other destinations will be calculated directly at checkout).

        3. Shipping of Other Physical Goods (Cake Toppers, Cake Boards, Edible Printing)

Shipping Zone: These product categories are shipped exclusively to countries within the European Union (EU).

Shipping Costs: Calculated dynamically at checkout based on the weight and size of the order.

Delivery Times

For physical products, delivery times begin on the day following your payment instruction. Please note that custom/personalized products or transport boxes with custom laser engraving require additional processing time for manufacturing.

Important Tax Notice:

All prices listed are final prices plus shipping costs. Due to our Small Business Status (Kleinunternehmerregelung according to § 19 UStG) in Germany, VAT (Umsatzsteuer) is not charged and will not be displayed on invoices.
