However, because of the size of the finished transport boxes, international shipping from Germany is often expensive and commercially impractical.

We therefore created this manufacturing package so that suitably equipped laser, CNC and fabrication businesses can produce and sell finished cake transport systems closer to customers in their own markets — without developing the entire product from scratch.

The licensing model was created in response to a practical market limitation: customers outside our region were interested in purchasing the finished system, but the cost and complexity of shipping a large transport box internationally often made direct delivery impractical.

Integrated Cooling-Pack System

The package includes dedicated production components for integrated cooling-pack compartments.

These compartments are designed for standard cooling packs and allow them to be positioned around the cake transport area as part of the modular system.

Cooling packs themselves are not included.

Assembly and Product Demonstration Videos

The included videos demonstrate the production system in practical use.

They cover the assembly process, modular connections, cooling-pack holder installation and important product features.

A separate real-use demonstration shows the assembled system with a multi-tier cake positioned inside. This video is a practical product demonstration and should not be interpreted as an independent certification or standardized structural test.

Technical Requirements

Please confirm that your equipment and materials meet the following requirements before purchasing.

Minimum Working Area

A minimum laser working area of 800 × 600 mm is required to accommodate the largest structural components.

Recommended Materials

The production files are designed for:

• 6 mm plywood
• 8 mm plywood
• 3 mm clear acrylic for the cooling-pack compartments

Birch plywood is recommended because of its structural strength and generally more consistent material quality.

The designs are also compatible with common US stock sizes of approximately 1/4" and 5/16". However, actual sheet thickness must always be measured before production.

Fit and Material Tolerances

The supplied designs use a deliberate clearance for nominal 6 mm and 8 mm plywood:

• 7 mm slot width for nominal 6 mm material
• 9 mm slot width for nominal 8 mm material

This clearance is designed to support smoother assembly and reduce jamming caused by normal variations in material thickness.

Actual plywood thickness and laser kerf can vary between suppliers, sheets and machines. The purchaser must measure the actual material thickness and produce a test joint before manufacturing a complete transport system.

If required, we can adapt the production files to your verified material thickness free of charge after purchase.

Commercial Manufacturing License Included

Your purchase includes a written Commercial Manufacturing License in PDF format.

Subject to the exact terms of the included license, you are authorized to use these specific production files to manufacture and sell finished physical modular cake transport systems.

The license applies to the manufacture and sale of finished physical products.

The digital production files, documentation, license materials and videos may not be resold, shared, published, transferred, sublicensed or redistributed to third parties, except where expressly permitted by the written license.

Purchaser Responsibilities

The manufacturing package provides production files, documentation, assembly guidance and commercial manufacturing rights.

The purchaser remains responsible for:

• Safe operation of all manufacturing equipment
• Selecting appropriate machine settings
• Measuring and testing all materials
• Testing laser kerf, joints and tolerances
• Producing and evaluating a sample before commercial sale
• Correct assembly of the finished system
• Inspecting every finished physical product
• Manufacturing quality and structural integrity
• Compliance with applicable local laws and regulations
• Product labeling and customer instructions where required
• Pricing, marketing, customer acquisition and sales
• Correct use and transportation of the finished system

Past sales and ongoing international inquiries demonstrate real market interest in the physical product. However, individual business results depend on local demand, manufacturing quality, pricing, marketing, customer communication and sales activity.
